Job summary

Tkxel is seeking a Techno-Functional Consultant with deep MS Dynamics Finance experience to drive end-to-end implementations across finance modules. The role emphasizes requirements gathering, configuration, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful deployment and user adoption.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in data migration, testing, and post-implementation support, with strong communication skills and the ability to work across finance teams and IT.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience as Techno-Functional Consultant in MS Dynamics.
• At least 3–4 end-to-end MS Dynamics implementations in Finance.
• Strong knowledge of Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting).
• Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and solution design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics (Finance Module). The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in 3–4 end-to-end implementations of MS Dynamics within the Finance Department, along with the ability to gather business requirements, configure solutions, and support stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant in MS Dynamics.
  
• Must have completed at least 3–4 end-to-end MS Dynamics implementations in Finance.
  
• Strong knowledge of Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, etc.).
  
• Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and solution design.
  
• Good understanding of finance operations and accounting workflows.
  
• Familiarity with integration tools, reporting, and data migration processes.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points):

• MS Dynamics certification is a plus.
  
• Experience with Power BI or financial reporting tools is preferred.
  
• Knowledge of SQL or basic technical troubleshooting is a plus.
