Job summary

ACE Money Transfer is seeking a motivated Technical Writer Intern to support engineering and product teams by creating, maintaining, and improving technical documentation.

You will collaborate with engineers, DevOps teams, and product stakeholders to transform complex technical concepts into clear, organized documentation. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has strong writing skills, and pays close attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in CS/SE/IT/Technical Communication or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in software development and technical documentation.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) and BRDs.
• Prepare and update API documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Maintain Configuration Documents for Infrastructure and DevOps.
• Document Incident Reports and RCA analyses.
• Develop Data Dictionaries for product databases.
• Contribute to SDDs and other technical docs.
• Maintain Release Notes and product updates.
• Review existing documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with engineers, DevOps, and product stakeholders.
• Improve documentation templates, processes, and best practices.
