Allied Industrial Company is a reputable Australia-based supplier of industrial parts including sensors and other technical components. We are looking to hire a Technical Support Officer in Pakistan to assist with our growing operations.
Role Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers in English via phone and email
Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, and order forms
Coordinate with suppliers and place orders based on customer demand
Follow up with both customers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and service
Maintain records and tracking systems for orders and client communication
Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries
Handle basic technical support related to industrial parts (training provided)
Job Specification:Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Background in technical or engineering fields
Experience in customer support, order processing, or sales coordination is a plus
Must be proactive, responsive, and well-organized
Ability to work independently and remotely
Basic knowledge of industrial components is advantageous
