ESCO Pakistan is hiring Technical Support Engineers who learn fast and aim to be genuinely proficient within a year. You’ll join a dedicated technical enablement team offering structured theory, hands-on lab work on live equipment, and access to principal training resources from day one.

This multi-brand role covers Hikvision, EZVIZ, Bosch, ITC and more, building deep technical depth and helping with on-site and remote support.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Strong communication and presentation skills; client-facing early.
• Understanding of low-voltage security systems and IP networking.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support to clients on-site and remotely — troubleshooting, commissioning, routine maintenance
• Conduct site surveys and prepare BoQs for prospective clients
• Maintain product comparison sheets for the sales and pre-sales teams
• Build technical depth through in-house training programme, product documentation, and principal support channels
• Progress to delivering in-house trainings and client presentations on new products and technologies

ESCO partners with global leaders in security and communication systems — Hikvision, ITC, and Bosch. We\'re hiring Technical Support Engineers who learn fast and want to be genuinely good at this within a year, not five.

What makes this role different

We run a dedicated technical enablement function — a full-time team whose only job is training our engineers. You\'ll get structured theory, hands-on lab work on live equipment, and access to principal training resources from day one. Most engineers here are handling client sites independently within their first three months.

You\'ll also work across multiple brands rather than one product line. Engineers who spend their careers inside a single manufacturer learn one ecosystem deeply; here you\'ll learn how Hikvision, EZVIZ, Hikmicro, Bosch, Electro-voice, Dynacord and ITC systems compare, integrate, and get specified against each other. That\'s a broader technical foundation and it makes you better at solution design, not just support.

Growth path

Reviews are scheduled at 6, 12, and 24 months with defined salary bands attached to each level, plus commission eligibility from year two. You\'ll know exactly what the next step looks like and what it takes to get there.

What you\'ll do

What we\'re looking for
