Role Description This is a full-time Technical Sales Engineer role based in Lahore, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Technical Sales Engineer will identify and engage industrial clients, understand their fire and safety needs, and propose appropriate technical solutions and equipment. Daily responsibilities include conducting site visits, preparing technical quotations, delivering product demonstrations and presentations, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, staying current with industry standards and product specifications, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions and sales activities. The Technical Sales Engineer will also support business development initiatives, participate in tenders, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Technical Sales and Sales, with the ability to convert technical requirements into commercially viable proposals.
• Experience in Sales Engineering, including solution design, technical presentations, and product demonstrations for industrial clients.
• Proficiency in Technical Support, providing guidance on installation, operation, and troubleshooting of fire fighting and safety equipment.
• Strong Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and effective client-facing interaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent technical education.
• Knowledge of fire fighting systems, industrial safety standards, and relevant codes and regulations is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage time effectively, and travel to client sites within Lahore and surrounding areas as needed.
• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and CRM or sales tracking tools; valid driver’s license is an advantage.
