Job summary

Tiksom Limited in Pakistan is seeking a highly capable Technical Project Manager to lead mobile and web projects from inception to delivery. You will own end-to-end execution, manage tasks on Jira, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain proactive client communication.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, at least 2 years of PM experience, strong Agile know-how, leadership, and the ability to drive data‑driven decisions in a fast‑paced

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field from a reputable university.
• Strong Jira skills for task planning and tracking.
• Excellent client management and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of Agile and data‑driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of mobile and web projects

• Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Technical Project Manager, successfully delivering mobile and web projects
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputable university
• Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, with expertise in utilizing Jira for task management
• Excellent client management skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, manage expectations, and drive customer satisfaction
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices, ensuring projects are executed with efficiency and adaptability
• Analytical mindset, capable of problem‑solving and making data‑driven decisions to drive project success
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in the face of challenges

In a Typical Work Day You Would

• Manage the end‑to‑end execution of mobile and web projects
• Coordinate project tasks and timelines using Jira, ensuring effective task allocation, tracking, and completion
• Act as the main point of contact for the client, maintaining regular communication, and providing updates on project progress
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct project planning and resource allocation, ensuring appropriate staffing and skill sets are available for each project phase
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables
• Foster effective collaboration and communication among team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment
• Monitor project performance and metrics, providing regular reports and status updates to stakeholders
• Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies, implementing best practices and lessons learned
