Enterprise64 is hiring a Technical Project Manager to work with distinguished customers and multiple product teams. You will guide meetings, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery using agile practices and AI-assisted tools.

With 3–5+ years in software project management, you will coordinate offshore teams, communicate clearly in English, and drive product roadmaps with stakeholders across platforms. A strong technical background is required.

Qualifications

Job Description

Technical Project Manager is a customer-facing role that works directly with some of our most distinguished customers. You will work closely with stakeholders and other product management and development teams nurturing long-lasting relationships and exceeding customer expectations.

You’ll engage with customers using project and product management skills to help customers build products across multiple platforms and develop custom solutions utilizing agile best practices. As part of our AI-forward engineering culture, you will also champion the adoption of AI-assisted tools and methodologies to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and drive innovation across the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

3 - 5 + years of experience in the field of software development project management with technical knowledge.

Background in hands-on development, architecture, database, etc.

Guide project meetings and other client engagements to meet customer expectations.

Communicate effectively with both large and small teams of internal and external project stakeholders to set and manage client expectations and timelines throughout the project.

Prepare and deliver frequent updates, maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring a positive customer journey.

Prepare status updates with key milestones and deliverables, next steps, risks, and project timeline.

Manage timeline and scope ensuring customer expectations are met.

Communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully and resolve or elevate issues in a timely fashion.

Understand and validates the details of deliverables as provided by project resources.

Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.

Communicate effectively with large and small project teams consisting of both technical and non-technical project stakeholders to set and manage client expectations and timelines throughout the project.

Provide transparency to senior leadership and work with design, development, information security, and other product management teams.

Develop product roadmap with external stakeholders

Required Skills

Minimum 3 years of development experience in Bootstrap, Angular, React, Node.js, and .Net, Python.

Minimum 3 + years of Software Project Management experience.

Experience working with offshore teams is required.

MUST have great communication skills in English.

SCRUM certification a plus

Experience working in an agile environment.

Solid experience working with JIRA or other project management software.

Experience managing the project lifecycle for large corporate clients.

Experience building products across multiple platforms.

Experience working with product management, engineering, and external parties to design and develop technology solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Knowledge of AWS, and Azure is a plus.

Hands-on experience with developing a mobile app (iOS, Android, both) is a plus.

Champion the adoption of AI-powered project management tools (e.g., AI-assisted sprint planning, risk prediction, automated status reporting) to optimize team workflows and delivery predictability.

Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, OpenAI API, Azure AI Services, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI) is a strong plus.

Experience using AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Notion AI, Linear, GitHub Copilot, Otter.ai , or similar) for project documentation and team collaboration.

Understanding of responsible AI principles, data governance, and compliance requirements related to AI-integrated software products.

Collaborate with engineering teams integrating AI/ML features or LLM-based capabilities into software products, ensuring proper scoping, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and productivity tools (e.g., AI meeting summarizers, automated documentation generators) to improve team efficiency and reduce manual overhead.

Apply a working knowledge of AI/ML concepts (model training pipelines, data dependencies, inference latency, responsible AI) to accurately scope and communicate technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.

Ensure responsible AI governance practices are embedded in the project lifecycle, including data privacy compliance, bias risk assessments, and model auditability requirements.

Monitor and evaluate the ROI of AI tooling investments across projects, reporting outcomes and insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.

Stay current with emerging AI trends in the software industry (e.g., agentic AI workflows, AI-native architectures, GenAI in SDLC) and proactively recommend adoption strategies aligned with client objectives.
