Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of technical engagements across a multi-client IT environment. You will work closely with engineers to plan, de-risk, and execute onboarding, migrations, and offboarding with rigorous documentation and clear communication.

The role emphasizes hands-on coordination, schedule and budget management, and maintaining secure, auditable project closure across several concurrent initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in technology/IT services.
• Experience managing offboarding/transition projects with defined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Hands-on with PM tools and dashboards (e.g., Jira) and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between delivery/engineering, client, and stakeholders.
• Define project scope and communicate it to all stakeholders; manage schedule and budget.
• Lead onboarding, migrations, upgrades, hardware refreshes, and secure offboarding.
• Coordinate procurement, deployment, and rollout activities with engineers and vendors.
• Mentor junior coordinators and participate in reviews to ensure project success.
