AutoLeap's Marketing Services team is hiring a Marketing Manager to own technical delivery across PPC and SEO, leading both disciplines day-to-day and building a team environment based on accountability. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on PPC and SEO experience.
• 2+ years leading or managing a team.
• Familiar with call tracking tools and local SEO platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PPC and SEO teams day-to-day workload and ensure delivery across a large portfolio of client accounts.
• Run regular 1:1s, weekly check-ins and client touchpoints for consistent attention on each account.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and use of AI tools to reduce manual work.
• Coordinate with onboarding, web and social teams to align on client needs and reporting.
