This leadership role combines people management with delivering outcomes for a growing portfolio of auto repair clients. You will oversee a hands-on team, run regular check-ins, streamline workflows, and drive automation including AI-assisted reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in PPC and SEO
• 2+ years leading or managing a team
• Comfortable with call tracking tools and local SEO platforms like BrightLocal
• Experience using AI tools in reporting, content, or process efficiency
• Growth-focused with a collaborative, hands-on, detail-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery across PPC and SEO teams
• Lead regular 1:1s, team check-ins, and client-facing touchpoints
• Develop workflows to reduce manual work and automate reporting
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Onboarding, Web and Social teams
• Maintain cadence of reporting and account health across accounts
