Job summary

Motive is seeking a Technical Lead Engineer to join our Global Technical Support team as an internal enablement expert for TSEs. You will coach, mentor, and elevate the investigative discipline of engineers to resolve issues more efficiently.

The role focuses on building knowledge assets, troubleshooting guides, and reusable queries, with no direct customer communications. Strong collaboration with Backline and global teams is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience at Technical Lead or equivalent senior technical support level.

Responsibilities

• Assist TSEs with complex or unfamiliar issues and guide next steps.
• Review investigations and provide coaching on evidence gathering and documentation.
• Build and maintain product troubleshooting guides and knowledge-base content.
• Create and share patterns and gaps with senior TLs for enablement planning.
• Maintain records of coaching themes and technical gaps to measure capability improvement.
