You will research, write, edit, and optimize content for blogs, websites, social, emails, and marketing collateral, working with Marketing, SEO, Design, and Product teams to strengthen brand authority and lead generation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
1–2 years of professional experience in Content Writing, Copywriting, SEO Content, Technical Writing, or Digital Marketing.
Excellent command of written English, grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, and proofreading.
Strong research, analytical, and fact-checking skills.
Ability to write for both B2B and digital audiences.
Basic understanding of SEO, keywords, search intent, and content optimization.

Responsibilities

Research, write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for digital and business channels.
Develop content for blogs, articles, website pages, landing pages, social media, case studies, email campaigns, newsletters, whitepapers, and marketing collateral.
Translate complex software, AI, SaaS, cloud, and technology concepts into clear and engaging content for technical and non-technical audiences.
Maintain accuracy, clarity, consistency, and appropriate tone across all content.
Adapt content according to different audiences, platforms, industries, and stages of the customer journey.
Create SEO-optimized content aligned with keyword strategy, search intent, and organic growth objectives.
Develop content that supports topical authority, organic traffic, and qualified lead generation.
Research trends and developments across Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, SaaS, Software Development, Cloud, Automation, Data, Cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
Support the creation of service pages, solution content, case studies, success stories, capability documents, and sales collateral.
Develop captions, hooks, scripts, carousel copy, campaign messaging, and short-form content for social platforms.
Support LinkedIn thought leadership, employer branding, corporate communication, and social campaigns.
Collaborate with social media, Design, and Video teams to convert written concepts into engaging visual and video content.
Conduct structured research using credible industry, technical, and business sources.
Support development of content calendars, topic clusters, campaign themes, and editorial plans.
Fact-check information and ensure appropriate source validation before publication.
