Job summary

HR Pod Hiring Talent Globally is seeking a diligent Project Manager/Coordinator to support planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of technology projects. You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders, track timelines, and maintain documentation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT and 2–3 years in project coordination, with hands-on Jira experience, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement and 2–3 years of PM/coordination experience.
• Hands-on Jira experience and other project management tools.
• Strong planning, tracking, reporting, and delivery skills.
• Familiarity with resource management and estimation techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of projects.
• Coordinate project activities including meetings, agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items.
• Use Jira to track tasks, timelines, resources, and project progress.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, status updates, and performance documentation.
• Monitor project capacity and resource availability to ensure resources are effectively allocated.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely completion of project activities.
