Responsibilities

• Manage the pipeline of counselors, monthly new bookings, cases in the admission process, and after admission counseling through to visa appointments.
• Lead a team of student counselors to achieve budgeted monthly sales targets for the branch.
• Conduct timely hiring and training of student counselors as per the branch budget.
• Allocate leads to student counselors daily and conduct evening reviews of daily calling.
• Support counselors in their meetings with students for registration for abroad study.
• Implement company policies and guidelines issued from time to time.
• Monitor sales performance and compliance among reporting staff and the branch.
• Coordinate with supervisors for reporting.

Job Specification

• Minimum master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
