The Bank of Punjab in Lahore invites applications for the role of Team Leader - Agri within the Consumer Banking Group. The position focuses on leading sales and marketing of agricultural credit, deposits, and proactive portfolio Management to meet targets.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree, 7–9 years of banking experience (5+ preferred in relevant Agri banking), and are up to 55 years of age as of Nov 8, 2026. Shortlisted candidates only; equality of opportunity is practiced.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor`s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/foreign university.
• Experience: Minimum 07 to 09 Years of experience. Preference will be given to candidates having 05 years of relevant banking experience.
• Age: Up to 55 years as of Nov 08, 2026.

Responsabilités

• Ensure Sales / Marketing of Agriculture Credit under different Agri Products including Govt. Subsidized Schemes as per assigned Targets
• Marketing and procurement of deposit as per assigned targets
• Collection & Recovery of assigned portfolio
• Initiation of Agriculture Credit Proposals and submission to relevant authority for Approval within TAT
• Liaison with CIU-ACD for arranging rectification of pointed out anomalies on proposals
• Arranging completion of post approval formalities from Agri clients & submission of same to RCAD for issuance of DAC within TAT
• Liaison with RCAD for limit feeding in BOP system for disbursement of loan
• Conduction & submission of periodic stock inspection reports, visit reports as per PPM/terms of approval & submission to ACD
• Initiation of proposals for settlement of loan & arranging release of security documents.
• Ensuring renewal/review of credit facilities and arranging the Renewal DACs
• Ensuring timely renewal of insurances, valuation and rectification of deferrals/ exceptions.
• Proper maintenance of file record and house keeping
• Any other task assigned by the Unit-Head NON Farm Sales /Head Agri.
• Monitoring of team working in his hub to ensure achievement of assigned target to individuals.
• Proper coaching, counseling and hand holding of staff working in his hub.

Eligibility Criteria
