Responsible for all stages and types of IT initiatives for the business from proposal and requirements definition to project planning and implementationA major part of this position is to provide a proactive interface between the internal customers and the technical/programming staff to ensure effective definition of and delivery of business applications, and having strong business analyst, application design and project management skillsDesign, develop and deliver effective business applicationsDefine and document complex business requirements and processesLead design sessions and review sessions with technical and business staffs, including all levels of managementReview and assess vendor proposalsManage multiple, parallel projects using formal project planning techniquesDirect the activities of on-site and off-site consultantsManage application design through the various life-cycle stages from business needs through design and deliveryEstablish and maintain customer relationships
