Job summary

An international development organization is seeking a Team Leader to coordinate a significant project in Pakistan. Responsibilities include ensuring project objectives alignment, acting as the primary contact for the EU Delegation, and leading a team of experts. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in development cooperation, of which at least 5 years should be in relevant EU priority areas including Green Inclusive Growth and Governance. Proficiency in English is essential, along with a relevant master's degree or significant experience.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in development cooperation and project management.
• 5 years in priority areas aligned with EU Pakistan MIP 2021–2027.
• 3 years as a Team Leader in large-scale EU funded projects.

Responsibilities

• Overall coordination and strategic direction of the project.
• Key contact with the EU Delegation and stakeholders.
• Lead the expert team ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.

Skills

Master's degree in International Development, Political Science, Economics, or related field

Proficiency in English (CEFR level C2)

Education

Master's degree or Bachelor's with 4 years relevant experience
