Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based in the Karachi Division. The Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school's curriculum and educational standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback. The Teacher will maintain classroom discipline, support individual learning needs, and collaborate with colleagues and administration on academic activities, co-curricular programs, and parent communication. The role also involves participating in training sessions and school events to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience delivering lessons to diverse student groups.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing structured, outcomes-based learning activities.
• Effective Communication skills for engaging students, collaborating with staff, and interacting with parents or guardians.
