Job summary

Abacus | Talent Sourcer in Lahore is seeking a proactive professional to identify and engage top talent for both technical and non-technical roles. The role focuses on building robust talent pipelines through LinkedIn, portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

You will conduct initial outreach, pre-screen candidates, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements, maintaining accurate candidate records and reporting on pipeline status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years of talent sourcing or recruitment experience.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking basics.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening calls.
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements.
