Job summary

Scaleup Connect in Karachi is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to identify, attract, and recruit top talent across departments. You will work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

The role requires 1–2 years of recruitment experience, a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and strong communication. Proficiency with ATS and MS Office is preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
• Proficiency with ATS and MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
• Manage and track candidate applications using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Post job openings on relevant job boards and platforms
• Follow up with candidates and provide timely feedback
• Assist in developing and improving recruitment strategies and processes
• Attend job fairs and networking events to build talent communities
