Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in systems, operations, or technical operations role.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows and reporting is essential.
• Experience building AI operational tools.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot as the system of record for customer-facing operations.
• Maintain and improve the Inventory Management System.
• Translate operational processes into structured workflows.
