Job summary

RLK is seeking a skilled IT professional to manage servers, networks, and security. You will install and configure systems, monitor performance, and ensure robust backup and recovery processes.

The role requires hands-on experience with server management, user access control, and incident resolution across enterprise environments. You will also help plan IT infrastructure upgrades, implement patches, and maintain detailed system documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/CE or related field.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA A+ or MS/Azure are advantageous.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in system administration or IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, OS, and enterprise apps.
• Monitor network performance, uptime, and troubleshoot connectivity.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access controls.
• Implement backups and disaster recovery strategies.
• Apply security patches and monitor vulnerabilities.
• Maintain system performance via updates, tuning, and preventive maintenance.
• Provide IT support and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Document system configurations and procedures.
• Assist in planning/upgrading IT infrastructure per needs.
• Ensure adherence to IT policies, data protection, and audits.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and support.
