Job description
Manage, monitor, and maintain Linux servers to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
Perform routine system administration tasks including patching, user management, resource monitoring, backup validation, and security hardening.
Troubleshoot hardware, OS and assist in troubleshooting network, and application-level issues across physical and virtualized environments.
Admin and maintain virtualization platforms including VM lifecycle management.
Configure and maintain storage systems (SAN/NAS), including provisioning, zoning, multipathing, and performance analysis.
Implement and enforce security policies, including access control, audit compliance, and vulnerability remediation.
Monitor system health using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios or similar monitoring platforms.
Coordinate with development, networking, and security teams to support infrastructure for mission-critical applications.
Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, root-cause analysis, and preventive actions.
Maintain documentation for system configurations, SOPs, architecture designs, and operational workflows.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications such as RHCSA/RHCE or equivalent are a plus.
Experience

Proficiency in configuration management and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Bash/Shell scripting).
