Zindagi Trust seeks a Safe Schools Officer to safeguard and support student wellbeing across two government girls' schools in Karachi. The role emphasizes proactive, preventive measures and confidential case handling with close coordination with the school safeguarding team.

The officer will implement the Child Protection Policy, conduct early identification of concerns, and engage teachers, staff, and parents to promote a safe learning environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience working with children or adolescents.
• Training in child protection, safeguarding, or basic counseling is an advantage.
• Trauma-informed training or awareness is preferred.
• Experience in schools, NGOs, or youth programs is preferred.
