Job summary

EY is seeking a Workforce Planning & Management Specialist in Karachi to lead strategic experience allocation and capacity management within the Audit sub-service line. You will proactively manage the talent pool to maximize productivity, respond to demand and deliver meaningful career experiences.

You will allocate people to roles, support prioritization, and analyze workforce data to drive informed resourcing decisions in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in workforce planning, resource management and experience management.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and supporting operational decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of business systems and interpreting data for workforce insights.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills with attention to accuracy.
• Experience collaborating in high-performing environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the country lead for strategic experience allocation, workforce planning and capacity management.
• Allocate the right people to the right roles at the right time, balancing priorities.
• Manage employee utilization to achieve productivity targets.
• Maintain connection with pursuit and engagement teams to understand pipeline activity.
• Support project-demand prioritization and supply augmentation by identifying resource gaps.
• Optimize allocation opportunities to improve productivity and development exposure.
