Job summary

You will mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, contribute to business development, and uphold rigorous quality and risk standards across Pakistan's leading organisations. Remote/on-site options available.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accounting qualification (CA/ACCA/CPA)
• Minimum of 7 years of external audit experience
• At least 1 year in a managerial role at a reputable firm

Responsibilities

• Oversee audit engagements by defining strategies with senior leaders and ensuring compliance with EY policies.
• Execute complex audit procedures, manage financial aspects, and support business development.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to recruitment, retention, and staff development.
