Job summary

ibex is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition professional to support our recruitment function. The role focuses on candidate sourcing, initial screening, interview coordination, and providing administrative support throughout the hiring process.

You will conduct pre-screen calls, brief structured interviews, schedule sessions with stakeholders, and maintain candidate records to ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to conduct structured candidate assessments and initial judgments.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Make initial phone calls to pre-screen candidates based on role requirements.
• Conduct brief, structured interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and overall suitability.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to support end-to-end hiring activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure recruitment documentation is properly updated.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with various recruitment and administrative tasks as required.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
