Job summary

Lipton Teas and Infusions in Pakistan seeks a Supply Chain Finance Controller/Partner – Supply Chain to own end-to-end cost control, inventory governance and CAPEX oversight for the Pakistan market. The role partners with factory, procurement, logistics and regional finance to drive cost accuracy, monthly closings and value-adding initiatives across sourcing, imports, and network optimization.

Qualifications

End-to-end cost controlling for the Pakistan market.
Inventory governance and control of waste; focus on cost efficiency.
CAPEX governance and alignment with accounting standards.

Responsibilities

COGS Control: own COGS line items, costing analysis, validate forecast costing, share TP data, ensure documentation and inflation tracking.
Inventory & Business Waste: drive cash and inventory reduction, analyze BW drivers, implement corrective actions, support inventory governance.
CAPEX: review forecasts, ensure CAPEX policy compliance.
Month-End Closing and controls: perform accruals, ensure timely close, support internal controls and audits for SCF.
Factory Controlling & Governance: oversee factory procurement, challenge significant spending, enforce DoA and governance.
Business Partnering & Project Support: evaluate strategic business cases, support LMS program.
