Job summary

HR Ways is seeking a senior search/performance marketing strategist in Lahore to own strategy across paid, organic, and local campaigns for premium clients. You will lead quarterly reviews, ensure QA across tracking and creative, and guide teams on the best channels including AI search insights.

The role demands deep experience in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and local search for service businesses, with strong client communication and measurable impact on CPL and ROI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in search/performance marketing with strategic experience across SEO, local search, CRO, and conversion analytics.
• Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, plus local search for service businesses.
• Strong ability to explain landing page and ad conversion with evidence and defend conclusions.
• Portfolio or case studies showing impact on CPL, revenue, or ROAS.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken, with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly strategy reviews with premium clients.
• Own performance across paid, organic, and local campaigns; set strategy and QA.
• Define the research agenda, including untapped channels and AI search advertising.
• Sign-off on strategy, tracking, and conversion quality before launch.
• Present findings to Director and CEO monthly.
• Develop quarterly playbooks for Ads and SEO teams.
