Job summary

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites applications for Lead Manager – Strategic, Financial and Compliance Risks. The role drives ERM implementation, risk governance, and policy development to strengthen enterprise risk management across the organization.

Qualified candidates should hold CA/ACMA or ACCA/MBA (Finance) and possess extensive post-membership experience, including leadership in risk management and training in ISO 31000.

Qualifications

• CA or ACMA with at least 6 years of post-membership relevant experience.
• ACCA or MBA (Finance) from HEC recognized university with at least 9 years of relevant experience; CIMA or CIA adds advantage.
• Candidate must have at least 04 years of relevant experience as a Functional / Team Lead.
• Training in ISO 31000 on risk management will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees ERM Framework development and implementation across the organization.
• Guides risk identification, assessment, and control effectiveness within the enterprise.
• Manages risk reporting, thresholds, and early warning indicators to CRO and BRMC/RMC.
• Coordinates risk workshops with HoDs, risk champions and owners; maintains risk registers.
• Ensures compliance with Enterprise Risk Management Framework and conducts risk-based audits with Internal Audit.
