Zameen.com in Multan is seeking an experienced professional for the Manager Recovery & Customer Services role. You will lead a team of Recovery/Relationship Officers to drive installment recoveries and preserve strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a managerial capacity, and superb analytical, communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent required.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Location: Multan.

Responsabilités

• Manage monthly cash flows via installment recoveries for regional projects.
• Lead Documentation unit for timely processing of SPAs & agreements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Marketing & Procurement for project agreements.
• Coordinate with Finance & Treasury to minimize payment delays.
• Ensure SPAs processing and timely cash flows against plans.
