Nextbridge is seeking a Procurement Executive in Lahore to manage end-to-end procurement activities, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and cost-efficient purchasing in line with budgets and policies.

Responsibilities include supplier evaluation, market research, PO preparation, and collaboration with logistics and inventory teams. A minimum of 3 years of procurement experience and a relevant degree are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Pakistani or UAE procurement laws and regulations preferred.
• Experience in merchandise management and event management coordination with HR is an advantage.

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate terms, and establish long-term relationships.
• Maintain a database of approved suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and company policies.
• Conduct market research to source reliable suppliers with competitive pricing.
• Prepare purchase orders based on approved requisitions.
• Ensure timely procurement of goods and services as per company standards and budget.
• Monitor order status, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any discrepancies or delays.
• Analyze pricing trends and implement cost-saving measures.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers to ensure best value for the company.
• Monitor budgetary constraints and contribute to cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, local laws, and regulations (including Pakistani/UAE laws where applicable).
• Maintain records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.
• Prepare and review reports for Procurement Manager on purchasing performance and supplier evaluation.
• Collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams to monitor stock levels and avoid over-/under-ordering.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Assess supplier performance in quality, delivery, and cost.
• Implement corrective actions for underperforming suppliers or explore new sourcing options.
• Suggest and implement improvements in procurement processes to enhance efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new procurement techniques.
