1154 The Coca-Cola Export Corporation - PAKISTAN BRANCH in Lahore, Pakistan seeks a Planning, Logistics and Customer Relationship Manager (PL & CR) to lead planning, inventory analysis, transportation, and internal logistics, coordinating with OU, Bottlers, and Shared Services to ensure beverage base supply continuity.

You will set BP targets, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements; lead a multi-skilled team, ensure GMP and safety compliance, and manage budgeting and stakeholder relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (Food, Chemical, Industrial or similar background preferred) and/or MBA and/or MS Supply Chain Management preferred.
• 10+ years of Supply Chain Management experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent English & local language - verbal and written skills.
• International experience is desirable.
• Know and follow all GMP, safety, attendance, and rules of conduct guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy Development and Execution: Set the strategic direction and BP for PL & CR within CPS Plant; align with global; measure performance and drive improvement.
• Planning and Logistics Management: Lead planning, transportation and logistics processes; ensure timely supply and optimal inventory levels.
• Customer Relationship Management: Represent CPS with OU/Bottler; maintain strategic relationships and enable supply chain solutions.
• Driving a Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Culture: Ensure compliance and zero-accident culture; conduct risk assessment and preventive actions.
• People and Team Management: Manage budget and resources; coach and develop team; lead global initiatives.
