Job summary

Coca-Cola Pakistan is seeking a Planning, Logistics and Customer Relationship Manager to lead planning, inventory analysis, transportation, and internal logistics. The role interfaces with OU/Bottler/Plant Functions and Shared Services to ensure continuous beverage base supply and to set Plant BP targets.

The incumbent will drive KPI tracking, implement corrective actions, and lead a multi-skilled team to sustain supply chain excellence in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (Food, Chemical, Industrial or similar background preferred) and/or MBA and/or MS in Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Planning, Inventory Analysis, BCP, Transportation and Logistics activities.
• Set BP targets for PL&CR and track KPIs to drive corrective actions.
• Manage a multi-skilled team and ensure timely supply of products to customers.
• Maintain Master Production Plan and weekly production plan aligned with demand.
• Drive efficiency, quality, safety and teamwork across Plant and OU/Bottler interfaces.
