Job summary

Zameen.com invites an experienced business development leader to drive partnerships and build new business opportunities across Lahore. You will identify partnership opportunities, develop relationships, and execute growth strategies to expand the company’s footprint in the real estate market.

Lead and manage a team, assign PU targets, monitor KPIs, ensure timely visits to locations, and deliver revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years' prior industry related business development experience or real estate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Assign PU targets to managers in consultation of Director.
• Achieve assigned PU target, revenue target and team targets.
• Check attendance and locations of team on daily basis.
• Ensure team reach assigned location on time.
• Make surprise visits to locations for proper check and balance
• Ensure Revenue target of his or her team
• Check KPIs of his team on daily basis.
• Ensure all soft KPIs (Talking time, meeting) of his team are being met.
