Job summary

Motive is seeking a data-driven BI professional in Islamabad to generate insights, build dashboards, and drive strategic decisions. You will partner with Sales and Ops, ensure data quality, and manage multiple projects while supporting high-impact growth initiatives.

On-site assessment rounds will test your analytical storytelling and data pulling skills. Ideal candidates have strong SQL, Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce proficiency, plus excellent communication and proactive mindset.

Qualifications

3+ years in BI, sales ops, or related fields.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel and Salesforce.
SQL proficiency is mandatory.
Analytical and communication skills are essential.
Authorized to access commodities and Motive products.

Responsibilities

Participate in an on-site assessment round involving real-world analyst simulations, deep-diving into raw data, crafting business narratives in Google Sheets, and pulling data using SQL

Requirements

3+ years in business intelligence, sales operations, or related fields, with a focus on data analysis and reporting
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce is essential
Apps Script, Hex and N8N knowledge is preferred
SQL proficiency is mandatory
Exceptional analytical and communication skills
Proactive, adaptable mindset
Detail-oriented approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics or a related field is encouraged
Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous
