Job summary

easypaisa digital bank seeks an experienced Assistant Director – Wealth Management & Premium Products to lead the development and management of its Wealth Management and Premium Products portfolio (Zen, Savings, Investments, Term Deposits, etc.).

You will drive strategic direction, pricing, and lifecycle management, coordinating with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and legal to deliver innovative wealth solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in banking/fintech/digital banking.
• Experience in managing and growing financial products (savings, investments, term deposits, liability products).
• Experience in product strategy, roadmap development, lifecycle management, and cross-functional delivery.
• Experience in deposit pricing, budgeting, revenue planning, and monitoring product performance against objectives.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum, requirements gathering, and collaboration with tech and business teams.
• Experience in product performance monitoring, funnel analysis, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for wealth management and premium products.
• Lead Scrum team to deliver the roadmap through agile cycles.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and legal to develop and launch new wealth products.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from market insights and business priorities.
• Define and track KPIs, monitor performance, and drive data-driven improvements.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and marketing collateral.
• Mentor junior product managers and foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and improve existing app products and measure interest and success rates for promotional products.
• Conduct open-loop and closed-loop funnel analysis to improve user experience.
