Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering or related field.
• CIPS/CSCP/CPSM certification is an advantage.
• 5–7 years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, contracts, and vendor negotiations.
• Experience leading digital transformation and sustainable procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement operations for medical, non-medical, general goods and services.
• Oversee sourcing and vendor selection for competitiveness and long-term value.
• Monitor PO lifecycle for policy compliance and user alignment.
• Build strategic supplier relationships to ensure continuity and innovation.
• Implement performance frameworks and lead periodic reviews.
• Resolve escalated supplier issues and disputes with stakeholders.
