Job summary

Roche in Pakistan seeks a role focused on sustaining patient access to medicines through partnerships with private sector, banks and insurers. You will engage NGOs and health startups to co-create innovative funding solutions and manage relationships with key stakeholders, while monitoring project KPIs.

Based in Islamabad, Lahore, or Karachi, you will work with internal Therapeutic Area and Access & Policy teams to shape healthcare strategy and drive impact for patients across the country.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited university.
• Business degree would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinking and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work across diverse teams and NGOs.

Responsibilities

• Enable patients to access Roche medicines via partnerships with private sector.
• Identify and engage corporate organizations, banks and insurers for funding.
• Engage health start-ups to co-create funding solutions improving access.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance against KPIs and report findings.
• Collaborate with Therapeutic Area and Access & Policy teams to shape strategy.
