Job summary

Roche Holding AG in Pakistan seeks a Finance Director to partner on strategy, performance and resource allocation for the affiliate. Lead finance, supply chain, tenders and procurement while delivering financial governance and business plans to enable faster patient access.

You will drive pricing, transfer pricing and budgeting, coaching a high-performing team and aligning local targets with global Roche standards in a dynamic healthcare market.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of finance experience and a professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACA, CIMA) or an MBA.
• Proven record of financial governance and participation/leadership in strategic decisions.
• Leadership competencies with broad experience in the finance domain.
• Strong financial acumen for analysis, modelling, insights, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Formulate a local finance strategy balancing global/affiliate priorities.
• Lead commercial tendering and pricing strategies across Pakistan.
• Advise Pakistan Enabling Team on financial performance against targets.
• Oversee finance, supply chain, tenders, procurement and pricing governance.
• Ensure compliance with Roche Group and local accounting standards.
• Oversee supply chain processes for timely drug delivery.
• Develop business plans and provide analytical insight and business judgment.
• Be active in Finance Network contributing to enterprise outcomes beyond Pakistan.
• Report incidents and ensure SHE/compliance trainings as required.
