Creative Chaos is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee all financial activities, ensure reporting accuracy, and drive compliance and strategic planning. You will lead the finance team and collaborate with executives to support company growth.

The role requires a strong background in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and ERP systems, with demonstrated leadership and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems (QuickBooks, Oracle, or SAP).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual budget, monitor variances and align with goals.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and implement internal controls.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor liquidity for operations and strategic initiatives.
• External Relations: Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulators.
• Process Improvement: Implement financial process improvements for efficiency.
