Job summary

Ericsson Islamabad is seeking a Customer Project Manager to lead assigned customer projects, ensuring goals are met, expectations fulfilled, and that the customer relationship is managed within contract scope.

You will develop project plans, manage customer and stakeholder relationships, ensure financial performance, and uphold delivery excellence within defined scope, budget and timeline. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• End-to-end/full cycle project management experience.
• 5–7 years' PM experience.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage customer and stakeholder relationships across all execution stages.

Responsibilities

• Align pre-sales CFR with the contract and delivery.
• Develop project plans for approval and execution target.
• Manage customer and stakeholder relationships ensuring alignment at all stages.
• Ensure financial performance to meet target Unadjusted Margin.
• Uphold delivery excellence within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Comply with directives with focus on zero environmental impact.
• Maintain data accuracy for reliable reporting.
