Job summary

Plutus21 Partners is seeking a Client Campaign Manager to lead end-to-end compliance data collection programs, translating client requirements into structured supplier outreach campaigns. You will coordinate with Data Operations, Supplier Relations, and Commercial teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality data collection outcomes.

Within 12 months, you will achieve supplier resolve rate targets, proactively manage escalations, and improve campaign performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client-facing account management, program management, supplier management, data collection services, or related fields.
• Ability to manage multiple client initiatives and campaigns with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience as primary client contact, managing expectations, risks, and providing solutions.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements, obligations, and due dates into comprehensive campaign execution plans.
• Configure, launch, and manage supplier data collection campaigns within Appian, including assignments and governance.
• Set realistic campaign timelines, milestones, and performance targets.
• Monitor campaign performance using dashboards, tracking supplier resolve rates and due-date adherence.
• Drive supplier participation through proactive outreach and relationship management.
• Own escalation process for non-responsive or at-risk suppliers and engage stakeholders as needed.
• Identify campaign risks and implement corrective actions to protect deadlines.
• Serve as primary client contact with regular status updates and guidance on feasibility and timelines.
• Collaborate with Supplier Relations and Data Operations to support suppliers and ensure quality submissions.
• Capture evolving client requirements and coordinate campaign revisions and improvements.
• Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset and collaborative partnership with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• This role may require extended computer work and occasional in-person meetings.
