You’ll translate consumer insights into compelling campaigns, oversee portfolio initiatives, and monitor brand health to accelerate growth in a dynamic market. This role demands a strategic mindset and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• End-to-end brand management experience.
• Translate consumer insights into brand strategies.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and agencies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead CERELAC’s brand strategy and growth plans, translating objectives into initiatives.
• Develop and execute consumer-centric communication strategies across channels.
• Partner with agencies to deliver campaigns that strengthen brand equity.
• Leverage insights to identify opportunities and drive decisions.
• Understand parents and caregivers, translating insights into brand experiences.
• Drive innovation and renovation to keep CERELAC relevant.
• Collaborate with Sales, Category, Nutrition, Regulatory and other teams.
• Develop portfolio, pricing, promotions, and in-store visibility strategies.
• Monitor brand health, market performance, and KPIs; take corrective actions.
