Job summary

Translation Empire PK is seeking a dynamic Bid Writer to join our team. You will craft high-quality bid responses and proposals to secure new business opportunities, working with business development, sales, technical and operations teams.

You will manage the complete bid cycle, identify opportunities, and prepare tailored submissions in response to client requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in English language & Literature.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in bid/tender writing or proposal development.
• Fluent in English with exceptional written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete bid cycle from drafting to proofreading and submission.
• Identify tender opportunities through portals and market research.
• Prepare tailored bids and proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and ITTs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect data and technical input for proposals.
• Track bid progress, submission timelines and outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Respond to client queries during and after the bidding process.
• Ensure compliance with tender documents and client specifications.
