Role Description The Store Manager role at RENAISSANCE is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including team supervision, sales performance, visual merchandising, and inventory management. This role is responsible for delivering an excellent in-store experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand standards. The Store Manager monitors retail loss prevention processes, prepares sales reports, and collaborates with senior management on targets and store strategies. The position also involves coaching and developing store staff, scheduling shifts, and supporting continuous improvement in service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service capabilities.
• At least 2-3 years experience in furniture, home décor, or premium retail environment is a must.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and management.
• Proven Store Management experience, including oversight of daily operations and staff supervision.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard assets and minimize shrinkage.
