RENAISSANCE in Lahore is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, supervise a retail team, drive sales, and uphold brand standards. This full-time on-site role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring visual merchandising aligns with premium retail positioning.

You will monitor inventory, prepare sales reports, manage staffing schedules, coach staff, and collaborate with senior management on targets.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years experience in furniture, home décor, or premium retail environment.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients, team, management.
• Strong customer-facing and customer service capabilities.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team and drive performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.
