The position is responsible to analyze and interpret data received from provincial departments/institutions and district offices.
Main Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Interpretation:
- Examine and interpret data received from provincial departments, institutions, and district offices.
- Ensure accurate representation of data on GMIS and other PCSW MIS platforms through charts, tables, and graphs.
- Utilize software and relevant tools for statistical analysis.
- Generate reports, charts, and tables using established statistical methodologies.
- Make projections based on available data trends.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Create graphs and figures for the Punjab Gender Parity Report and other reports and documents.
- Compile reports based on analyzed data for internal and external use.
- Present data-driven findings in internal team meetings and discussions with external stakeholders.
- Enhance and refine existing data entry templates for PCSW systems, GMIS, and other PCSW MIS platforms.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to maintain and oversee GMIS and other PCSW MIS platforms.
Administrative & Organizational Responsibilities:
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Director, SRA (Program), or other authorized personnel.
- Comply with organizational policies and guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Social Sciences, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, MIS management, or reporting within the development sector, government, or a similar field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SPSS, STATA, R, or Python, along with strong command of Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate data interpretation, reporting, and projections.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for report writing, presentations, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Willingness to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and participate in professional development activities.
- Carry out any other task assigned by the supervisor.
