Job summary

Teradata is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to drive delivery of significant multi-team technical programs across its product portfolio, from kickoff to launch, building strong relationships with engineering, product, and business partners.

You will own plans, risk registers, dashboards, and cross-team coordination; translate status to leadership; ensure launch readiness with engineering, QA, docs, and go-to-market; apply foundational AI skills to boost productivity and impact.

Qualifications

8+ years of technical program management experience.
Experience leading multi-team delivery in enterprise software or cloud/data domains.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Own planning, execution, and delivery tracking for complex programs across multiple teams.
Create and maintain detailed program plans, risk logs, and dashboards.
Coordinate cross-team decision making and weekly standups and reviews.
Translate status to clear updates for leadership and engineers.
Identify delivery risks early and drive continuous improvement.
Lead launch readiness with engineering, QA, docs, and go-to-market.
Surface trade-offs with data-driven metrics for leadership.
