Job summary

10Pearls, LLC is seeking a Senior NetSuite Technical Lead to drive design and build of custom NetSuite solutions, own delivery from development through go-live, and mentor a team of developers and consultants. Ideal for professionals with hands-on SuiteScript depth and strong finance functional knowledge.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, collaborate with finance and operations, and stay current with NetSuite capabilities while guiding best practices across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom NetSuite solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Architect and develop scalable solutions using SuiteScript 2.1, SuiteQL, Suitelets, RESTlets, User Event Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, and Map/Reduce Scripts.
• Own end-to-end solution delivery, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Configure and customize NetSuite modules, workflows, forms, records, dashboards, and integrations.
• Drive solution quality through code reviews, testing strategies, and adherence to development best practices.
• Mentor and guide NetSuite developers and consultants, fostering technical growth and delivery excellence.
• Support estimation, solution design, technical documentation, and project planning activities.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues within the NetSuite ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NetSuite with third‑party platforms and enterprise applications.
• Stay current with emerging NetSuite capabilities, product enhancements, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in SuiteScript 2.1, SuiteQL, SuiteTalk, REST APIs, and NetSuite customization frameworks.
• Proven experience delivering NetSuite solutions from design through production deployment.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite architecture, customization best practices, and performance optimization.
• Experience leading technical teams or mentoring developers in a project delivery environment.
• Ability to work directly with clients, gather requirements, and provide technical leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with US-based clients and distributed teams.
